There are moments in life when things feel heavy, unclear, or hard to navigate alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and become more aware of what is happening within. And when you feel ready, we can gently explore new ways of moving forward.

  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (especially less visible forms of OCD)

  • Dissociation

  • Gaming and life balance

  • Navigating life as an introvert
