Skills Practice Groups

If you want to go fast, go alone
If you want to go far,
go together

~ African proverb

Some things are easier (and more fun) when done together. Try one of these groups to nurture skills and grow in a supportive space!

Social Anxiety Gentle Practice Group
(Coming early 2027)

This group is being thoughtfully developed for people who live with social anxiety. Rooted in psychological theory and shaped by lived experience, the sessions are designed to gently guide participants toward greater ease in social situations, at a pace that feels manageable rather than overwhelming.

What makes this space different

Led by a clinical psychologist who has navigated social anxiety herself, this group combines professional expertise and firsthand understanding to help participants move from avoidance to confidence. Even within a group setting, progress is tailored to each individual and never pressured.

The group meets online, where you can remain fully anonymous. There is no pressure to speak, show your face, or do anything before you are ready. You are in control, always.

Ready to take that first step?
