In Good Company
We are not alone in our search for emotional and mental well-being; many are exploring the same questions we carry. Here is a selection of thoughtful works by some of our fellow travellers on this journey. May they provide a sense of company and quiet support.
If you're feeling alone in your struggles, IASH offers a range of cosy and casual community events that may provide a sense of connection.
These include Empathy Circles for different concerns, as well as informal gatherings such as arts and crafts sessions and community hikes, simply for shared experience and enjoyment.
Many of these events are free to attend, so you’re welcome to explore and see if something feels right for you.
Created by the heart and mind behind IASH, Kaya Toast for the Soul is a deeply personal project by a thoughtful and authentic therapist in Singapore.
It features gentle, soothing hand-drawn illustrations, paired with words drawn from a place of depth and lived experience. The work is warm, sincere, and often resonates with those going through a difficult time.
Experience the warmth and gentleness on the Kaya Toast website or Instagram.
Dippie is a peer supporter and mental health advocate whose work is deeply shaped by lived experience. This has given him a genuine understanding and empathy for those going through difficult times. His support and advocacy have touched many lives, including my own.

His work is now available as a podcast, with short, 2-minute episodes that are easy to listen to. He explores experiences that many people will recognise. You can catch The Dippie Express on YouTube and Spotify.
